At Zauray, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please contact our support team at zaurayonline@gmail.com or 03011194881 with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by transit.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For size/style exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
